ARA benefit – postscript

So! Amazing, totally! What a fkn energetic and heady and wildly appropriate event!!

Thanks so much for all who attended and contributed to the largesse we shall now bestow upon the Anti-Repression Assembly in Athens. They are super happy to know approx $2000 Oz dollars will be coming there way. Hopefully it helps them in some way in dealing with an horrendous situation and their struggle to counter it with self-organised projects and resistance.

Shout out to the super talented eclectic line up – you were all supernovas! Thanks so much to Bo Svoronos tellurian b for captaining the ship in the wild winds of live unrehearsed everything, you are the top wog Mc amico!. Kitty San Pedro and bandidas- your sound and message were heard and loved, what a way! Koraly Dimitriadis – you hit the nails in all the heads multiple times, thanks for your humor and raw honest phrasolgisms. Dimitris Troaditis – a late announcement in the bill reminded us all of our solemn human duty to freedom and care for fellow free carers. Biscotti Carla Ori plugged the frequency to a wild pop dance floor, paving the way for the manifestations and true deconstructed insights of the inimitable, one and only TTO (I reckon you both made some new fans last night)…. and finally to the glorious raceless beast- Adam Gauci solo, reminding us all of the wild nature of self and the transformative power of art in showing our deepest, entangled, powerful, creative selves: the Maltese Well Monster is born!

Thanks to Cafe Gummo staff and crew and venue – best bar in town. And to all the other gentlefolx who helped this gig come alive ! Matt Gingold, Faux Maux Chops, Sylva Venus, Alix, Lucie McIntosh, Sean Saw, Bella Black Flag, Kat Stevens… the temporary collective strikes again!

Till next comradical ones,
Love & anarchy!
